In 2004, the Spanish network of the Anna Lindh Foundation held its first assembly in Barcelona. It was the first of the 43 national networks that make up the Foundation to be formally established.
Since November 2008, the Spanish FAL network has had an executive committee made up of five organizations, which promotes the implementation of decisions adopted during the network's assemblies. The executive committee is partially renewed every three years.
